Refund Policy for SitesPower

Thank you for choosing to buy our courses. We are committed to ensuring that our users have a rewarding experience while they discover, assess, and purchase our courses, whether they are instructor-led or self-paced training.

By purchasing a course from us, you agree to our Privacy Policy, Terms of Use, and Refund Policy. Below are the terms under which refunds are provided.


1. Self-Paced Learning Courses:

To qualify for a refund for self-paced learning courses, you must meet the following criteria:

  • Submit your refund request within 7 days of purchasing the course.
  • Less than 25% of the video-learning content should have been consumed.
  • You should not have requested any exam vouchers or course kits.

If your request fails to meet any of the above conditions, no refund will be provided.


2. Instructor-Led Training Courses:

For instructor-led training courses, the refund policy is as follows:

  • Submit your refund request within 7 days of purchasing the course.
  • Less than 25% of the video-learning content should have been consumed.
  • You must not have attended more than one (1) live online class.
  • You should not have requested any exam vouchers or course kits.

Requests that do not meet all of the above criteria will not be eligible for a refund.


3. University Partnered Programs/Bootcamps:

For university partnered programs or bootcamps, the refund criteria are:

  • You must submit your refund request within 7 days from the start date of the class, whether it is live or recorded.
  • Refund requests made after this period will not be accepted, regardless of whether you have attended the class.

4. Cancellation & Refunds for CSM, CSPO, PSM, and PSPO Programs:

We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel a class/session due to unavoidable circumstances or change the location of the class (if applicable). To qualify for a refund, you must meet the following conditions:

  • You should not have attended any classes.
  • Submit your refund request within 7 days of purchasing the course.

Refund requests can be initiated in two ways:

  • If the item purchase quantity is one, you can initiate the refund directly from the "My Orders" section by clicking on "Initiate Refund" for the relevant course.
  • If the item purchase quantity is more than one, please reach out to our support team via the Help & Support section on our website.

5. Duplicate Payments:

If you have made a duplicate payment, we will process the refund using the same payment method within 10 working days after you submit your request.


6. Changes to the Refund Policy:

SitesPower reserves the right to revise this refund policy at any time, without prior notice. Any changes will be updated on this page, and we encourage you to review this policy regularly.
